Shipping policy

All RTS products will ship same day if order is placed by 2:00pm CST Monday-Friday (if order is placed on a weekend please note it will ship next business day.

USPS and UPS are our preferred couriers. 

If you order is returned to Zwilling's Dream Designz for insufficient address or another reason that is not the fault of Zwilling's Dream Designz, you will be refunded for all products ordered, without notice. You will not be refunded shipping costs.
